摘　　要：用实例论证方法研究了农用地分等成果在土地开发整理质量评价中的应用。在分析土地开发整理内涵的基础上,从我国土地开发整理存在的问题入手,构建土地整理的评价体系。结果表明,土地整理工程的指标可转化为自然等别,通过因素量化对比,可得出地块在整理前后的等别变化,且分等数据是计算土地整理效益的重要依据。证明利用农用地自然等别对土地开发整理项目进行质量评价切实可行。The application of agricultural land grading results in the land rearrangement was studied based on the analysis of land rearrangement content and current land rearrangement problems in China. The evaluation system of land rearrangement was constructed, and the farmland quality comparing with around rearrangement was evaluated. The results showed that it was practical to evaluate land rearrangement items using agricultural land grading results.
