摘  要:以Biosampler采样器为参照,采用平行重复的实验方法,以电压和流量作为匹配因素结合ELISA、LAL和GLU-CANTELL技术,检测空气中过敏原Der p和Der f及内毒素和多聚糖。结果表明,静电场采样装置对4种生物气溶胶的采集效率要比Biosampler采样器高2倍~8倍,静电场采样法优于撞击式采样法。Der p,Der f,endotoxin and glucan were collected in parallel and repeatedly by electrostatic sampling devices and biosampler and their concentrations were measured by ELISA,LAL and GLUCANTELL methods.The results showed that the sampling efficiency of electrostatic sampling devices were about 2~8 times higher than biosampler's when collecting the airborne allergens and toxins.The effect of electrostatic sampling was observed better than the impactor.The electrostatic field sampling devices needed to be further improved.
