摘 要:目的研究A771726在大鼠尿液中的代谢产物。方法大鼠灌胃给药A771726(30mg/kg),分别采集给药前及给药后0~48h尿液,用电喷雾离子阱多级质谱法(LC/MSn)对A771726及其在大鼠尿中的代谢产物进行分析。结果大鼠灌胃给药A771726后,在尿液中可测到3种代谢产物,分别是甲基化、羟甲基化、亚甲基醇半缩甲醛化A771726。结论A771726在大鼠尿中代谢产物以Ⅰ相代谢为主,未发现Ⅱ相代谢产物。其代谢物的结构有待于进一步分析后确定。Objective To investigate the metabolites of A771726 in urine of rat. Methods The samples of urine before and 0 -48 h after A771726 inrtagastric administration (30 mg/kg) were collected respectively. The metabolites of A771726 in urine of rats were identified by LC/MC. Results After the A771726 was adimistered, a total of three metabolites, including methyl-A771726, methyl hydroxyl-A771726, methylene alcohol hemiaeetal-A771726 were found in the urine of rat. Conclusion The main metabolites in the urine of rat is phase I metabolites . No phase lI metabolites have been found. The structures of the metabolites will be further confirmed.
