摘  要:目的:为喉的解剖学教学提供丰富多样的教学模型,模拟喉区解剖结构的虚拟仿真解剖学教学,拓展解剖学的教学模式和教学手段。方法:利用人工识别的方法对第2例中国数字化可视人体喉区段的图像进行图像分割,建立高精度的彩色分割数据集,利用自主开发的图像格式转换软件将彩色分割数据自动转换为灰度分割数据。利用Amira可视化软件对灰度分割数据进行阈值分割,经三维重建,建立喉区主要器官结构的数字解剖模型。在立体显示环境中,并利用交互式设备实现了数字模型的显示与隐藏、旋转与切割等虚拟仿真解剖,模拟喉区主要解剖结构的虚拟仿真解剖学教学。结果:建立了喉的精细数字解剖标本模型,该模型真实地反映了实际的解剖标本,具有形象直观的特点,可无限次使用,在虚拟现实环境中真实仿真了喉区标本的解剖学展示。结论:利用中国数字化可视人体可建立喉区细小结构的数字解剖标本,对模型可实时交互式地进行仿真解剖教学。Objective: To provide abundant and various model of laryngeal, therefore extending teaching approaches to study anatomy of laryngeal via digital simulation. Methods: The laryngeal structures were precisely segmented on the 2D images of laryngeal region from the CVH2 on manual discernment. After registration of the images, the high accuracy data sets were built, and then the eolorized segmented images were transformed into gray images by using our own software. The laryngeal structures were reconstructed and 3D displayed in the virtual reality system of Amira software. All reconstructed structures of the digital anatomical model of laryngeal were represented individually or jointly. The inner organs data pruned, enlarged and rotated in any orientation so that the inner structure of laryngeal can be observed clearly and conveniently by human-computer interactional equipment. Results: The high accuracy digital anatomical model of the laryngeal was built, which provided a visual display of laryngeal. The model could be used unlimitedly. The anatomical structures of the laryngeal were displayed visually in the virtual reality system. Conclusion: The digital anatomical model of the laryngeal based on the data of Chinese Visible Human can be used to simulate anatomic teaching of the laryngeal. It can display minute structures of the laryngeal.
