摘  要:目的:测试新型无支架猪主动脉瓣的加速疲劳试验耐久性,并与XJ有支架猪主动脉瓣进行对比研究.方法:试验分两部分:第一部分,以新型无支架猪主动脉瓣(A组)和XJ有支架猪主动脉瓣(B组)为试验瓣和对照瓣,19mm的瓣膜各3枚,分别在完成加速疲劳试验5×107,10×107次循环时,观察瓣膜的外观情况.第二部分,以完成加速疲劳试验10×107次循环后无支架瓣为A组,5×107次循环后无支架瓣为B组,新鲜无支架瓣为C组,每组6个样本,分别进行瓣叶的生物力学测试以及超微结构的观察.结果:第一部分,加速疲劳试验10×107次循环后,19mm无支架瓣和有支架瓣无明显瓣膜结构损坏.第二部分,A组弹性模量、最大负荷小于B组和C组,最大拉伸位移则大于B组和C组;A组瓣膜组织胶原纤维结构紊乱、失去纤维状结构,B组和C组瓣膜组织胶原纤维结构排列较整齐.结论:我科研制的新型无支架猪主动脉瓣具有良好的耐久性,符合ISO5840与GB-12279-2000瓣膜检测标准.AIM:To investigate the accelerated fatigue durability of a new kind of stentless porcine aortic bioprosthesis. METHODS:With the use of the accelerated wear testing equipment (WET Medical,Inc,Beijing),three 19-mm new stentless porcine aortic bioprosthesis (group A) and three 19-mm XJ stented porcine (group B) were tested to evaluate their long-term durability. After 50 million and 100 million cycles,the appearance of wearing of all the specimens was examined. The biomechanical characteristics (values of elastic modulus and ultimate tensile strength) of stentless bioprosthesis were tested after 50 million and 100 million cycles and compared with those of fresh bioprosthesis (group C). RESULTS:No significant wear was observed in stentless group or stented bioprosthesis group after 100 million cycles. Fatigue test showed that the value of elastic modulus and ultimate tensile strength after 50 million cycles was higher than that after 100 million cycles and the value of ultimate tensile displacement was lower in group A. The ultrastructure of collagen fibers in group A was well arranged after 50 million cycles,but the ultrastructure was badly arranged following 100 million cycles. CONCLUSION:The results of our experiments show that the durability of the new stentless porcine aortic bioprosthesis meets the standard of ISO 5840 and GB-12279-2000 guideline
