摘　　要：文中分析了手机对短信业务发展所造成的瓶颈原因,阐述了系统中控制手机以及管理短信的功能需求。给出了开发本系统的开发工具和数据库的选择,以及如何实现手机与计算机的通信设计,并给出了系统的管理模型和系统的整合实现,最后提出了系统功能扩展的建议。This paper analyzes the cause for the bottleneck of messaging service development, describes the function need in controlling mobilephone and managing the short message in the system. It also give of system development and the choice of database, including how to realize the communication design mobilephone and the computer. This paper finally tells of the integration of administration model and s the tools between the the system,and proposes the suggestion for the function extension of the system.
