糖尿病肾病患者血液透析的护理

摘　　要：目的总结糖尿病肾病患者实施血液透析的护理要点。方法对2005年1月～2007年12月89例糖尿病肾病患者实施血液透析,并给予针对性的护理。结果透析过程有31例患者发生低血压,36例发生高血压,3例发生失衡综合征,9例发生不同程度的出血现象,2例出现导管出口局部轻度感染,给予针对性的治疗护理后恢复。结论糖尿病肾病患者比同龄非糖尿病肾病血液透析患者更易发生低血压、高血压、感染等并发症,因此透析过程应做好患者病情观察,早预防、早发现、早处理,其是提高糖尿病肾病患者血液透析生活质量和生存率的有效保证。Objective To summarize the strategies in caring the diabetic and nephropathic patients undergoing hemodialysis. Method 89 diabetic and nephropathic patients admitted from January 2005 to December 2007 were treated with hemodialysis and cared correspondingly. Results 31 patients developed with hypotension during dialysis, 36 with hypertension, 9 with hemorrhage of different degrees, and 2 with local mild infection. All got recovered by pertinent treatment and care. Conclusions The diabetic and nephropathic patients undergoing hemodialysis are vulnerable to such complications of hypotension, hypertensin and infections. Intensive observation for early prevention, early detection and early management is an assurance for enhanced quality of life and increased survival rate among the patients.
