眶部种植体固位赝附体修复眶部缺损患者围手术期的护理

摘　　要：目的总结3例眶部种植体固位赝附体修复眶部缺损患者围手术期的护理经验。方法术前对患者进行有针对性的心理护理,完善术前各项检查,做好术区皮肤准备;术后正确安置体位,密切观察生命体征,做好伤口护理,饮食指导及相关生活护理;注意安装眼眶赝附体后的健康指导。结果3例患者种植体与骨质结合良好,随访6个月,无1例发生并发症。结论有效的护理能促进种植体固位赝附体的修复。Objective To summarize the experience of perioperatively nursing 3 cases of eye prostheses using dental implants. Methods Before operation, mental care were pertinently conducted, all examinations were completed before surgery, the local skin to be operation on were well prepared. After surgery, the fight position should be kept, vital signs were closely observed. The care to the wounds, diet instructions and life nursing were well performed. Health instructions were done after fixation of eye prostheses. Results Good combination of implant and bone was seen by X-ray examination. 6 months follow- up showed no eomplications. Conclusion Effective care can promote the healing process of implanted eye prostheses.
