术前心理干预对精索静脉曲张患者心理状况的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨心理干预对精索静脉曲张患者术前心理状况的影响。方法将60例精索静脉曲张患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各30例。观察组进行心理干预,对照组进行常规护理。结果观察组进行心理干预后,与自身治疗前及与对照组比较,焦虑、抑郁等心理因子评分均明显下降(均P<0.05)。结论术前心理干预对精索静脉曲张患者的心理状况有明显改善作用。Objective To evaluate the effect of mental intervention before operation on psychological state of varicocele patients. Method 60 patients with varicocele were randomly divided into two groups： the mental intervention group receiving mental intervention and the control group receiving normal nursing. Result The scores of indexes such as depression and anxiety in the intervention group were significantly lower after mental intervention than before intervention, and the scores were also lower than those in the control group （all P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The mental intervention before surgery can improve the psychological state of varicocele patients.
