摘　　要：针对目前通信网中计费数据的采集采用磁带脱机方式所面临的问题，以在线式数据采集为核心，提出一套完整的解决方案。系统以ＭＴＥ９５０磁带仿真设备为数据采集终端，数据通过Ｘ２５公用分组交换网（ＰＤＮ）传输到计费中心。应用软件采用客户机／服务器结构，可运行于ＤＯＳ、Ｗｉｎｄｏｗｓ及ＵＮＩＸ操作系统。On line data acquisition is the key of the implementation of real time integrated charging management systems. In this paper, a solving scheme based on the on line data acquisition is proposed in the light of existing circumstances of telecommunication network that charging data from exchanges is off line collected by magnetic tape. The MTE 950 (Magnetic Tape Emulation) equipment is the core of the data collection, and the collected data are transferred to the charging center through X.25/PDN. Client/server structure is adopted in the implementation of the application software, which can run on DOS, Windows and UNIX.
