摘　　要：介绍了智能网的概念模型以及ＣＩＮ０１（ＣｈｉｎｅｓｅＩｎｔｅｌｉｇｅｎｔＮｅｔｗｏｒｋＮｏ０．１）系统特点，叙述了在其系统上实现具有网间互连功能业务的关键技术和策略，并给出一种ＵＰＴ（全球个人通信）业务的实现方法。A conceptional model of intelligent network and the characteristics of Chinese Intelligent Network No 0 1 (CIN01) system are presented. The key techniques and tactics for implementing universal personal telecommunication (UPT) service of CIN01 with internetworking support are discussed in detail. Finally a realization approach of UPT service is given.
