摘　　要：在ＷＩＮＤＯＷＳ下开发的Ｂ超图象管理系统ＭＥＤＩＷＳ系统，使用自制的低成本视频图象采集卡及其驱动程序、新颖的ＪＰＥＧ压缩算法、完善的报告编辑环境等技术，具有成本低、应用广的特点，适用于临床科研等各种场合。This paper introduces how the Ultrosonic Image Management system is developed in Windows.The main techniques of the system include the design of the video image sampling circuit and its driver program.JPEC compression algorithm and report editing techniques are discussed.
