摘 要:目的:以心率变异性指标对恒定精神负荷下的精神应激状况进行评判。方法:通过工效指标、眼动指标和主观问卷表,将30例样本分成疲劳组F、中间状态组M和非疲劳组N三类。分别以20min和5min对1小时的VDT作业进行分段,研究了各样本的工效指标和HRV指标的总体及实时性变化。结果:实验结果表明:1)以工作绩效评价疲劳程度有局限性;2)负荷、应激和疲劳相互关联,又相互区别;3)HRV直接反映的是应激水平,不能直接反映疲劳程度;4)对自主控制的应激反应与受迫型的应激反应必须区别对待;5)样本的个体差异十分显著。结论:单一的HRV指标不能实时测量疲劳程度,但可以实时的指示应激水平的变化;工效指标可以作为疲劳评判的参考指标,但不宜作为疲劳评判的唯一指标;以HR和HRV并结合其它指标来研究精神疲劳,有着强有力的生命力。Objective: to investigate the evaluation of mental stress level under constant mental workload on the base of heart rate variability. Methods: According to work efficiency, eye movement and subjective measurement, 30 samples were classified into three groups of Fatigue group (F), Middle states group (M) and Non-fatigue group (N). In order to analyze the statistical and real-time change of the work efficiency index and HRV index, the one hour VDT task was put into segments each with 20min and 5 min per segment, respectively. Results: Experimental results indicated that 1) task performance had its limitation for the evaluation of fatigue level; 2) workload, stress and fatigue was related to each other but also different; 3) what HRV straight indicated was the stress level but not the fatigue level; 4) it should make a difference between self-controlled mental stress and compelled mental stress; 5) the difference between samples was quite significant. Conclusions: The sole HRV index can reveal mental stress level for real time but not for fatigue level. Work efficiency index could be used as an assistant index but not the sole foundation for fatigue assessment. The mental fatigue evaluation based on HR and HRV has a prosperous future.
