摘  要:基于医用生物材料开发及组织工程中血管化问题的重要性,本文就与生物材料血管化紧密相关的血管发生和血管新生有关研究做一综述,分析了芽式和套迭式血管新生的模式及机制,特别是对丝蛋白材料的血管化过程进行了分析与探讨。通过深入探讨血管新生的模式和机制,进而阐明丝蛋白材料中毛细血管生长与生物材料微结构之间的关系,有助于设计出适合于细胞黏附、组织生长、血管化顺利进行的生物材料,促进生物材料的临床应用及组织工程血管化研究的深化。Based on the importance of vascularization in the development of biological materials for medical and issue engineering, this paper reviewed angiogenesis and neogenesis which are closely related to vascularization of biological materials. Also analyzed were the mode and mechanism of sprouting angiogenesis and intussusceptive angiogenesis. Exceptionally, the vascularization of silk p'i'o- tein material was reviewed and analyzed in detail Through investigating the models and mechanisms of angiogenesis in depth, the rela- tionship between the capillary growth and micro-structure of biological materials were elucidated. The biological materials which are suitable for cell adhesion, tissue growth and favourable vascularization will be designed profitably, to promote the achievement of clinical medicine for biological materials and deepen the research of vascularization for tissue engineering.
