浅谈高职院校武术教学的准备活动

摘　　要：高职学院进行武术教学必须重视教学前的准备活动,它是提高学生武术动作质量的重要一环。文章就准备活动在武术教学中的地位进行了说明,并对在武术教学过程中准备活动的主要作用、做准备活动时应注意的问题进行了初步探讨。It is vital to attach importance to the preparation activities of Wushu teaching at higher vocational colleges,which is a key link to maintain the quality of studentsWushu acton quality. This article explains the status of preparation activities in Wushu teaching and makes preliminary analyses on their main functions and noticeable problems in performing these activities.
