摘　　要：介绍采用POY—DTY工艺路线生产单丝纤度为0.57dtex多孔微细旦低弹网络丝生产技术,并对其切片选择、干燥效果、纺丝温度、熔体过滤、喷丝孔径、侧吹风、纺丝油剂、卷绕、拉伸假捻及网络工艺等进行了讨论.Technology of producing multi - hole superfine denier PET interlaced set yarn with monofilamcnt denier of 0.57dtex by the POY - DTY technology is introduced. Discussions arc made on the polymer chip selection and drying, spinning temperature, melt filtration, spinnertte diameter, quenching lateral blow, spin finish, winding, falese twising and interlacing technologies etc.
