摘  要:基于固体颗粒的比表面物性法则,用改进的SIMPLE算法和微机上开发的CASICC软件考察了冷态发溶聚流化床气化器内空隙率分布。模拟结果表明:依轴向位置的升高床层分为整体浓相区、颗粒弹溅区和自由空间区。With the development of chemical engineering and fluidization technology, thehydrodynamic approach has been widely employed to describe the fluid dynamics in the fluidizedbed reactors, therefore, it is particular important to analyze the fluid characteristics in the bedcontaining multi-component in order to meet with the actual industrial processes. In terms of theaverage physical properties of mixture and the minimum fluidization velocity of mixture, theporosity profiles in cold ash agglomerating fluidized-bed gasifiers have been satisfactorily predicted using CASICC software in this paper. The computational time-averaged porosity profilesshows that the bed can be divided into three regions (dense region, particle-entrained region anddilute region) for different operating conditions.
