摘  要:介绍了几丁质酶的作用原理,植物中几丁质酶的分类及表达特点,采用荧光定量法测定转几丁质酶基因植株中几丁质酶的活性,对转基因植物的叶片进行体外包埋与切片,然后利用激光共聚焦显微镜扫描,以确定所转几丁质酶基因的表达部位。Action principle, classification and expression features of chitinase were introduced, the activity of chitinase in transgenic plant were determined by quantitative fluorescence method, the leaf of the transgenic plant was embedded and sliced, then was scanned by laser scanning confocal microscope for determining the expression sites of chitinase gene.
