摘　　要：研究了以端羟基聚醚（２１０聚醚）、三羟甲基丙烷（ＴＭＰ）、甲苯二异氰酸酯（ＴＤＩ）为原料，醋丁纤维素（ＣＡＢ）改性的湿气固化聚氨酯皮革光亮剂（简称ＭＰＵ皮革光亮剂）的合成方法和影响改性产品性能的主要因素。结果表明，当ＮＣＯ／ＯＨ（ｍｏｌ）、ＴＭＰ／２１０聚醚（ｍｏｌ）、ＣＡＢ／ＴＤＩ＋２１０聚醚＋ＴＭＰ（Ｗ）按一定的配比，通过搅拌，且在８０℃下反应４ｈ，即可制得综合性能良好的ＭＰＵ型皮革光亮剂。其产品可适于多种皮革的顶层涂饰。表６。Abstract The synthetic method of MPU-type polyurethane leather season agent using cellulose acetate-butyrate (CAB) modification and the major factors affecting the performance of modified products were studied with the end-hydroxy polyether (210 polyether), trhydroxymethylpropane (TMP), toluenediisocyanate (TDI). The results show that the moist air setting MPU-type polyurethane leather season agent having good comprehensive properties was produced by stirring for 4 hours at 80 ℃ when NCO/OH (mol) TMP/210 polyether (mol), CAB/TDI+210 Polyether + TMP(w) and concentration of reaction mass (w) are 1.5 ～1.6, 0.7～0.9, 5%～10%, 50%～60% respectively. This product is suitable for the top coating of many leathers.
