摘　　要：本文在双边市场理论基础上,对银行卡刷卡消费的运作机制进行分析,银行卡产业是个典型的双边市场,采用规范化模型分析中国银行卡消费的价格结构,论证了银行卡网络中的价格结构同消费者和商户的需求价格弹性和网络外部性相关。This paper will analyze the mechanism of china bankcard industry based on the two-sided markets, and also will analyze the china bankcard consumption＇s price structure under a canonical model based on the two-sided markets,this paper proved that the price structure in bankcard network is related to the demand elastic of consumers and merchants, and also related to the network externalities.
