摘 要:本文根据菱形宽体挂篮的构造特征和受力特点,分别建立其纵梁、底篮前横梁及吊杆、底篮后横梁及吊杆等有限元模型并进行受力分析;对其主要受力部分主桁架及上中横梁建立了空间有限元模型,进行了静力和非线性屈曲分析。通过对计算结果的分析表明,本文研究的菱形宽体挂篮强度、刚度及稳定性均满足要求,可赋予工程应用,本文的研究方法也可为工程技术人员提供参考。Finite element models of longitudinal beam, fore cross beam of bottom basket and hanging rod, rear cross beam of bottom basket and hanging rod and etc. were constructed based on the structural characteristic and bearing property of rhombic broad suspended basket. Spatial finite element models for the main truss and up-mid cross beam were also built up and the static force and nonlinear buckling were analyzed. The result reveals that the strength rigidity and stability of the rhombic broad suspended basket all can satisfy the requirements of regime. It can be put into use in engineering. And the method of research in this paper can also be referenced by engineers and technicians.
