促进山西煤炭工业多种经营发展的对策与建议

摘　　要：认为山西煤炭企业的非煤总体发展至今还未能形成支撑起一方天地的替代产业,提出的对策建议为:抓大放小,转换经营机制;拓展融资渠道,加大资金投入;适度发展非关联项目,提高外部适应性。According to the author of this paper, the development of the non--coal businesses of the coal sector of Shanxi Province, the most important coal producer of this country, has not yet produced an alternative sector that is of considerable size. The author therefore proposes measures or recommendations that in order to turn the non-- coal businesses into an alternative sector of large size, due attention is to be given to the non--coal businesses of key importance and naturally those smaller non--coal sectors that are not possibly to become a major sector in the economy of this province are to be given up. Also for the same purpose, business operation mode is to he transfromed and the financing channels are to be widened so as to increase inputs. At the same time, attention is to be paid to an appropriate development of projects of non--relevant businesses so that coal mine companies can become adaptive to the outside environment.
