摘 要:综述了选煤生产中常见的各种助滤剂,并论述了助滤剂与固体颗粒之间可能的相互作用机理;认为使用助滤剂强化物料脱水是一种基本不改动现有工艺流程,最经济、最简便的脱水技术,故添加适合物料性质的化学助滤剂是解决细煤脱水问题行之有效的途径。All kinds of filtration aids used in the coal preparation industry were introduced, and the possible action mechanisms between the filtration aid and solid particle were also elaborated in this paper. It can be found that strengthening materials dewatering by adding filtration aids suitable for material characteristics is the most economical and simple dewatering technique that having development future and application foreground. So it is an effective and feasible way for solving the fine coal dewatering problem, which is suitable process route for the present situation of our country.
