摘　　要：介绍了工业分包的发展历程及其概念,论述了工业分包对推进制造业由发达国家转移到发展中国家,特别是中国所产生的影响及其在全球皮革业产业结构调整中所发挥的作用,并提出了在我国皮革和制鞋行业推行工业分包的有效途径及其应用前景。The development of industry subcontration and its conception were described. The effect of industry subconstraction on transfer of manufacturing industry from developed countries to developing countries, especially China, and its impact on leather industrial restructuring all over the world were discussed. The application and development prospects of industry subcontration in China leather industry were also presented.
