摘 要:本文针对扫频源的作用及应用需求,提出利用DDFS(直接数字频率合成)技术设计了一种可调的高速扫频源研究方案。选用内部集成PLL(锁相环)和DDFS技术的AgileRF芯片AD9956,结合单片机C8051F020控制,使其具有设计灵活,操作易控制,极大减少外围电路及实用性强等优势。此设计已实现硬件系统及装调完成,利用示波器和频谱仪分别进行了测量,实验测量结果达到了预期目的,并证明了此方案的可行性。According to the function and application requirement of the sweep frequency source, this paper puts forward a researching scheme for a high-speed sweep frequency source with DDFS (direct digital frequency synthesis) technology. In the scheme, the Agile RF chip AD9956 with an inner integration PLL(phase-locked loop)and DDFS technology is selected and it is combined with the single-chip computer C8051F020 to make it have such advantages as the flexible chip design, the easy-to-control operation, fewer peripheral circuits and strong practicity. The hardware system has been made and its instalment and adjustment have been well done in the design and it has been measured with the oscilloscope and the spectrum analyzer respectively. The result of the expriment measurement has reached the expected goal and it proves the scheme is feasible.
