硫双灭多威胶悬剂对棉铃虫室内毒力测定

摘　　要：采用点滴法、浸叶法、药膜法测定了硫双灭多威胶悬剂毒力效果。对棉铃虫触杀毒力ＬＤ５０值，４龄幼虫为３龄的１．９４倍，胃毒作用ＬＣ５０值，２龄幼虫为１龄的１．４６倍，药膜法测定１龄幼虫ＬＴ５０为８．７分，３龄幼虫ＬＴ５０为９．２分。A test to determine the toxicological effect of thiodicarb flowables on cotton bollworm (Heliothis armigera) was performed using methods of topical application leaf diping and contact residue.The result showed the LD 50 of stomach action,it is 1 46 times for second instar larvas as much as for the first instar.Determined by the contact residue method,the LT 50 of the first instar is 8 7m and the third instar is 9 2m.
