摘 要:介绍了渗氮-离子镀复合涂层的设计原则和制备工艺,按该工艺在高速钢表面制备了复合涂层,其结合力均达到HF1级(德国工程师协会推荐的压痕法测定涂层结合力方法,VDI3198—1992),涂层划痕试验的临界载荷比传统单一涂层高。结果表明用该工艺在高速钢螺丝冲头上形成渗氮层+(Ti,Cr,Ce)N和渗氮层+(Ti,Al,Ce)N复合涂层,其耐用度比传统单一涂层冲头明显提高。The design principle and producing technology of nitriding-ion plating composite coatings were presented.The composite coatings were prepared on HSS surface by use of this technology.The adhesion class of the coatings is HF1(VDI 3198—1992;Which is measured in the method recommended by German Engineers Association),the critical load ratio by scratch test is higher than general single coating.The results show that the durability of the composite nitriding layer/(Ti,Al,Ce)N and nitriding layer/(Ti,Cr,Ce)N coatings synthesized on HSS screw dies with this technology is significantly improved comparing with traditional single coating.
