摘 要:采用正交组合回归设计试验方法,研究了"零保温"淬火温度对45钢组织和性能的影响,分析了"零保温"淬火条件下的组织特征。结果表明,在780~900℃范围内"零保温"淬火时,随着淬火加热温度的升高,45钢的强度、硬度升高;经900℃"零保温"淬火后该钢具有较高的强度和硬度;"零保温"淬火后可获得细小的板条状马氏体组织。45钢"零保温"淬火可以代替传统的保温淬火。The effects of austenitizing temperature without holding on the microstructure and properties of 45 steel were studied by the orthogonal regressive principle.The microstructure characteristics of 45 steel without holding were analyzed.The results show that in the range of 780-900 ℃,the strength and hardness of the 45 steel raise along with austenitizing temperature increasing.The high strength and hardness can be obtained quenching from 900 ℃ without holding.The microstructure of the steel are fine and short lath martensite after without holding quenching.The without holding quenching of 45 steel can replace the traditional quenching.
