摘  要:在分析60CrMnMo钢轧辊堆焊修复和热处理工艺的基础上,研制了局部堆焊修复的焊接材料。选择Stellite multipass224药芯焊丝和HJ107焊剂作为整体轧辊堆焊材料,通过焊前预热、局部焊补、轧辊表面埋弧堆焊、焊后热处理等措施,成功修复了尺寸为1150mm的60CrMnMo钢轧辊。实践证明,经该工艺处理后轧辊使用寿命提高0.5倍。On the basis of the technology of overlaying repairing and heat treatment of 60CrMnMo steel roller,welding materials for local overlaying repairing were developed,and flux-cored wire Stellite multipass 224 and welding flux HJ107 were used as overlaying welding materials.By means of preheating prior to welding,local repairing,submerged arc overlaying on the surface of the roller,heat treatment after welding,etc.,and some other measures,the φ1 150 mm roller was repaired successfully.It is proved that the service life of the roller is increased by about 0.5 times.
