摘  要:采用显微组织观察和力学性能测定,分析了用于切削非金属材料的薄刃刀具失效形式和材料组织性能的关系,讨论了刃口失效机制。结果表明,失效机制为纯磨损、碳化物颗粒剥落、疲劳断裂、脆性断裂,提出了薄刃刀具材料的选择和热处理质量控制方法,认为多类型超细碳化物高碳合金钢是薄刃刀具的良好材料。The relationship between microstructure and properties and failure form of knife-edge with small angle for cutting nonmetal materials was analyzed with observation of microstructure and propertyies test.The failure mechanism of knife-edge was discussed.The results show that the failure mechanism is pure wear,carbide particle break off,fatigue fracture and brittleness fracture.The material selection of knives with small angle and the quality control methods of heat treatment are put forward.It is believed that the high carbon alloy steel with multiple types of ultra-fine carbides is an excellent tool material for knife-edge with small angle.
