摘　　要：肿瘤坏死因子样配体1A(TL1A)作为新发现的肿瘤坏死因子超家族成员,通过与其受体死亡受体3或诱骗受体3结合,为激活T淋巴细胞提供协同刺激信号。TL1A具有诱导细胞凋亡、增加辅助性T细胞因子分泌的生理学活性,在淋巴细胞的活化、炎症反应的调节及炎性肠病、动脉粥样硬化等发生发展中起重要作用。TNF-like ligand 1 aberrance （TL1A）, a novel member of the TNF-superfamily, provides costimulatory signals to activated T lymphocytes through binding itself to its receptor--DR3 or DcR3. TL1A has some physiological activities such as inducing apoptosis and increasing secretion of Th cytokines. And it may play an important role in the activation of lymphocytes, the regulation of inflammatory response and the development of inflammatory bowel disease and atherosclerosis.
