摘　　要：在胚胎发育中,血管系统的形成十分重要,主要包括血管形成和血细胞生成两个方面。由于斑马鱼具有受精卵体外发育、胚胎透明易于观察、且具有和其他脊椎动物相近的基因结构和调节模式等优点,更有助于在体外研究血管发生的过程。本文主要介绍斑马鱼胚胎早期血管系统的形成及主要的调控分子和信号途径。The formation of vascular system is essential for the proper development of vertebrate embryos, including vasculagenesis and blood formation. Zebrafishs is an important model organism in development biology due to the following characteristics： it has a close relationship with higher vertebrates in gene structures and regulatory mechanisms; it is fertilized and developed externally; transparent embryos allows organogenesis and blood circulation to be easily observed and studied. This review summarized the vascularization of early zebrafish embryos and critical molecules involved in the process.
