摘  要:以建设阿联酋阿布扎比原油管道工程为例,介绍了RMD气体保护半自动根焊与自保护药芯焊丝半自动填充、盖面焊工艺的特点及其焊接工艺。为了适应该工程对大管径、厚壁X65钢级钢管的要求,利用先进的RMD根焊技术完成管道环缝根部焊接,利用熔敷效率高、全位置成形好和环境适应能力强的自保护药芯焊丝半自动工艺完成填充、盖面焊接。此工艺在焊接操作、焊接质量、焊接速度等方面都有无可比拟的优越性,因此在大直径长输管道施工中逐渐得到广泛应用。In this article, the Abu Dhabi Crude Oil Pipeline Project in United Arab Emirates is taken as an example to introduce the nature of the welding procedure specification,which is the assemble of root by RMD gas shield semi-automatic welding and fillings by self-shielded flux-cored wire semi-automatic welding as well as cap, and the process itself. In order to adapt the X65 grade steel pipes with large diameter and wall thickness of ADCOP Project, the advanced RMD welding technology is used for root circumference welding and the self-shielded flux-cored wire semi-automatic welding with its high fusion efficiency better all-position shape and sound environment adaptable for fillings and cap welding. This process shows such welding is with outstanding advantages in operation, quality and speed. Therefore,it is gradually applied in the long-distance transporting pipeline with large diameter.
