摘 要:设计适应油井高温环境的无刷直流电动机驱动系统是一项重要的研究课题。本文介绍了一种新型的无位置传感器无刷直流电机转子位置检测方法。设计了通过定子绕组的三相端电压提取反电势的基波信号的新型电路,研究了一种与电机转速无关的固定相位滞后的开关电容低通滤波器,在电机转速变化的情况下,相位滞后90°电角度不变,得到无需相位补偿的转子位置信号,实现了无位置传感器无刷直流电机驱动系统的全硬件设计并成功地应用于油田测井高温、高速无刷直流电机系统,实验证明该方法是简单可行的。It is a valuable research to design high temperature brushless DC (BLDCM) motor drive and control system for oil well detecting. In this paper, a new rotor position detecting method for the sensorless control of brushless DC motor is introduced. A novel circuit is designed to obtain fundamental harmonic from three-phase terminal voltage. A switched-capacitor filter which makes a fixed phase delay is researched. And the lag in phase is not related to the speed of the rotor. Since the phase is constant delay 90 electrical degree when the motor speed is changed, a rotor position signal which needn't phase compensation is obtained. It realizes a hardware-implemented sensorless BLDCM driver system and applies in well logging high temperature and speed BLDCM system successfully. The experimental results show that this method is simple and practical.
