摘  要:永磁同步电动机因其固有优点在空调直流压缩机中得到广泛应用。传统的120°方波驱动方式,存在着转矩脉动大、噪声高、效率低等缺点。在假设坐标系上构造永磁同步电动机状态观测器,实现对反电动势的观测和对假设坐标系与转子d-q坐标的偏差检测,通过锁相环控制偏差为零来实现转子位置和转速的估算;详细分析了状态观测器的极点配置方法、电流环控制器和速度环控制器的设计方法,利用抗饱和PI控制器避免控制系统饱和现象的发生,提高了系统的稳定性;针对内置永磁体同步电动机的空调直流压缩机,采用最大转矩/电流比控制,提高系统效率。仿真和实验结果验证了本文所提设计方法的可行性和有效性。Recently, the permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) is widely used in air-conditioner DC compressor system, because of its advantages. Generally, the compressor driven by rectangular current has some demerits, such as large torque ripple, high noise and low efficiency. This paper presents the state observer for the interior permanent magnet synchronous motor (IPMSM) on the supposed rotational d-q frame of axes, the error between the supposed frame and the motor rotor d-q frame is diminished by phase-locked loop(PLL) controller; it also gives the method to locate the poles of the state observer, to design the current-loop controller and the speed-loop controller. Meanwhile, the anti-windup PI controller is used in the current and speed control to improve the system stability, and the maximum torque per amper (MTPA) strategy is used in the driving system of the DC compressor to increase its efficiency. Simulation and experiment proved that the proposed method is available in driving the air-conditioner DC compressor.
