摘　　要：根据多电平SVM调制与载波调制的本质联系,从多电平SVM调制的实现出发分析了两电平SVM和三电平SVM调制波中共模分量的分布。两电平SVM调制波的共模分量就是三相系统的零序分量,最常用SVM调制波中的零序分量与SFO-PWM调制的在调制波中注入的零序分量完全一致。进一步分析了三电平逆变器的特点,提出了一种适合三电平逆变器的共模分量注入方法,指出了三电平逆变器的调制波中可以注入的共模分量除了三相系统的零序分量,还包括每一相的两组调制单元间的共模分量。最后提出了经过两次共模分量注入的三电平载波调制方法,它可以完全等效三电平SVM调制。仿真和实验结果表明了该方法的正确性。Based on the relationship of multilevel SVM and carrier-based PWM, this paper analyzed the common-mode parts of the modulated waves of two-level SVM and three-level SVM. It is proposed that the common-mode part of two-level SVM＇s modulated waves is just the zero-order part of three phase system. The zero-order part of the most popular SVM is the same as the one which injected in the modulated waves of SFO-PWM. But the three-level SVM＇s modulated waves include some other common-mode parts which exist in two modulated-cells of each phase. Then a particular carrier-based PWM of three-level inverter based on two times of common-mode part injections is proposed in this paper, which could be equivalent to three-level SVM completely. Finally, simulations and experiments verify the validity of the proposed method.
