摘　　要：动态电压恢复器(DVR)因其对电压扰动快速精确的补偿能力而成为重要的电能质量控制设备之一。其快速补偿的关键在于对电压扰动的快速检测并准确生成参考波形。理论分析证明周期信号采样序列经某种加权平均算法可提取得到其基波分量的幅值和相位信息,并可基于这些信息采用内积法重构信号的基波分量。根据这一原理本文提出的DVR参考波生成算法可根据不同的补偿策略灵活生成具有不同相位的电压参考波。上述算法易于编程实现,实验结果表明,生成的参考波不易受系统参数变化影响且具有较好的稳态精度,算法能快速检测电压扰动。Dynamic voltage restorer （DVR） is one of important power quality control equipment. It can compensate voltage sag accurately and quickly. The key point of compensation is quick detection of voltage sag and accurate generation of correct reference wave. It is proved that the magnitude and phase of the base wave component of a sample sequence of a periodical signal can be extracted through a kind of weight average, and therefore the base wave can be reconstructed through scalar product. A novel reference wave generating algorithm based on above theory is proposed in this paper. The proposed algorithm can be easily implemented in digital system. The experimental results show that the reference wave is unacted on parameters variety. And the proposed algorithm can detect voltage quickly.
