摘　　要：福建省上世纪80年代开展森林保险。其主要经验和做法:宣传走访、制定规范、高效服务、创新机制和政策扶持。目前存在林农保障意识淡簿、林农保费负担能力有限、森林险种单一等问题。提出应加大宣传力度、增加保险险种、建立国家政策性林业保险制度等建议。Fujian forest insurance has started since 1980s. Its main experiences and practices are publicity visit, norm-setting and efficient services, innovative mechanisms and policy support. There are such following problems as weak awareness of farmers＇ interests, limited ability to pay farmers premium, single forest cover. Suggest step up publicity efforts to increase insurance coverage, the establishment of a national forestry policy-oriented insurance system and so on.
