摘 要:运用微型红外线传感器检测及锁相环集成电路处理、控制技术,构成高灵敏度、高可靠性的电桥检测及控制电路,用于所有病人输液过程的监测、控制及报警。该装置可以放置在原输液管路上任何位置,不改变原有的输液方式和方法,不影响原有的输液管路透明的可视效果。采用无接触、无任何污染的红外线检测,能够做到只要有气泡通过检测点,该设备就能立即报警,并通过电磁铁锁定机构,高可靠性地控制输液管的气泡自动阻断,达到了可靠、方便和安全的输液目的。In this article, used the miniature infrared ray sensor examination and phase-locked loop integrated circuit's processing and controlling techniques to constitute a electric bridge examination and control circuit which had high sensitivity and redundant reliable. This circuit was applied for monitoring, controlling and warning in the patients' infusing process. This equipment could lay aside on any position of the original infusion pipeline, which did not change the original infusion way and the method, and also did not affect the original infusion pipeline transparent visible effect. Using the infrared examination which was no contact and no any pollution could achieve that this equipment could report to the police immediately when the air bubble passed the check point. And the electro-magnet locking gear could control air bubble block automatically and reach infusion goal which was reliable, convenient and safe.
