摘　　要：本文针对传统门诊流程中存在的弊端及医院发展需求,提出了利用信息技术对传统门诊流程进行优化和改造的方法及措施。实践表明:信息技术为构建方便、快捷、优质、高效、低耗的门诊新流程,提供了切实可行的技术支撑,是提升医疗服务质量的有效途径。This paper analyzes existing problems in traditional out-patient procedures, and proposes improvement and optimization by implementing information technology. Information technology has been proven to be effective to build a new, fast and convenient out-patient procedures with high-quality, high efficiency and low consumption. It has also provided practical technical support and enhanced the quality of medical services.
