摘　　要：从城市土地利用的社会效益、经济效益和生态环境效益三个目标出发,构建了城市土地利用效率的评价指标体系,并对城市土地利用效率的多属性综合评价方法进行了分析。In this paper, an indicator system is put for-ward to evaluate the efficiency of land use from the point of the view of social benefit, economic benefit, and environmental benefit. Moreover, the integrated evaluation method based on multi-indicators is discussed to judge the efficiency of land use in cities.
