摘  要:陶瓷靶板因其高强度、低密度特性在装甲防护中得到了广泛的应用,其抗侵彻机理得到了世界各国的广泛关注。利用有限元程序LS-DYNA对射流撞击侵彻陶瓷靶过程进行了三维数值仿真计算。获取了射流陶瓷材料的侵彻深度和速度,并与中碳钢抗侵彻过程进行对比。开展了陶瓷复合把抗射流侵彻仿真计算,并对计算结果进行了相应的对比分析。结果表明与中碳钢相比陶瓷材料对于低速段射流有较高的防护能力,对高速段射流防护能力较弱,这一结果与已有的试验结果相吻合。Ceramic material has been used in armor protection for the characteristic of high strength and hardness, and the mechanism of resistance to penetration of ceramic target has been discussed by research groups all over the world. A three-dimensional computational study of penetration process of ceramic target by shaped charge jets was performed using finite element programme of LS-DYNA. Contrasting with medium carbon steel the penetration depth and velocity were got based on numerical result. Numerical simulation of penetration process of ceramic-steel composition was carried out, and essential analysis and conclusion was drawn out. The results show that ceramic material has high protection capability to low velocity jet, and low protection capability to high velocity jet than that of medium carbon steel, which is in agreement with the experimental results.
