摘  要:为提高液压集成块的设计质量,以分布参数法建立起局部损失的数学模型,采用CFD方法模拟了局部阻碍影响下的流场分布,获得了局部阻力系数的数值量化。该模型计及局部阻碍引起的全部损失,并且消除了上、下影响长度上的沿程损失。实例计算了低雷诺数下直角转向的局部阻力系数,结果较文献数据更为可信,验证了模型的准确性及计算方法的可靠性;此外,还分析了组合转向的阻力系数随工艺孔长度及组合形式变化的规律。To improve the design quality of Hydraulic Manifold Block, a mathematical model of local loss was established based on distributed parameter method, the flow distribution influenced by local obstruction was simulated by CFD method, and the quantization of local resistance coefficient was achieved. The loss dispersed in upstream and downstream influence length is included by the model and the influence of friction loss on local loss is eliminated. The right-angel diversion was taken as an example to compute the local resistance coefficient, the results are more reliable than the data in literature, and the accuracy of the model and the reliability of computation method were validated. The influences of the combination-mode of right-angel diversion and the length of technological hole on the resistance coefficient of the combination diversion were analyzed.
