摘 要:为了降低奥克托今(HMX)的机械感度,以端羟基聚丁二烯(HTPB)和甲苯二异氰酸酯(TDI)为包覆材料,采用相分离法对HMX颗粒进行了表面包覆,制备了HTPB/HMX复合粒子。采用SEM和XPS对包覆样品进行表征,对包覆前后样品的机械感度进行测试和对比。探讨了包覆工艺对包覆效果和机械感度的影响,并分析了包覆机理和钝感机理。结果表明,当用HT-PB和TDI同时包覆时,样品易出现大块粘连,摩擦感度降低,而撞击感度不降反升。经1%(质量分数)HTPB包覆后,HMX的摩擦爆炸概率P由100%降至46%,特性落高H50由32.5 cm降至28.6 cm。而先用HTPB包覆再用TDI包覆时,样品的流散性良好,包覆层均匀,机械感度明显降低;当HTPB的包覆量为1%时,H50可升高到45.7 cm,P可降至32%。To reduce the mechanical sensitivity of cyclotetramethylene tetranitramine ( HMX), hydroxyl terminated polybutadiene(HTPB) and toluene diisocyanate (TDI) are used to coat HMX by the method of phase separation. The coated samples are characterized by SEM (scanning electron microscope) and XPS (X-ray photoelectron spectrometry). The mechanical sensitivity of unprocessed and coated HMX samples are measured and contrasted. The influence of coating processing on coating effect and mec.hanical sensitivity are discussed, and the coating mechanism and insensitive mechanism are analyzed. The results show that when coated with HTPB and TDI simultaneously samples form agglomeration easily and their friction sensitivity reduces, however the impact sensitivity increases. After coated with 1% HTPB, the drop height H50 of HMX decreases from 32.5 cm to 28.6 cm and explosion probability P decreases from 100% to 46%. When firstly coated with HTPB and then with TDI, the samples disperse well and the coating layers become even. The mechanical sensitivity reduces obviously. When the covering mass amount of HTPB is 1% , H50 increases to 45.7 cm, and P decreases to 32%.
