摘　　要：和谐是图书馆建设的最高境界和目标,是图书馆建设的根本。指出以人为本是图书馆和谐的核心,优美的人文环境是建设和谐图书馆的基础,良好的人际关系是和谐图书馆的关键。对现阶段和谐图书馆的构建,提出了一些具体建议。The harmony is the highest frontier and target of the construction of the library, and also is the basis of the construction of the library. This paper points out that the people-based concept is the core of the harmony of the library, the comfortable human environment is the foundation for the construction of the harmonious library, and the good interpersonal relationship is the key for the construction of the harmonious library.
