摘　　要：阐述了信息经济学领域中信息不对称的概念,以此为理论基础分析了图书馆信息资源描述性编目过程中存在的信息不对称现象,探讨了该现象的成因及其对图书馆信息服务工作产生的不良影响,提出了抑制信息资源编目工作中的信息不对称现象、减少其负面影响的具体对策,以期提高信息资源编目工作和图书馆信息服务的水平。This paper expounds the concept of information asymmetry in the： field of information economics, and taking this as the theoretical basis, analyzes the phenomenon of information asymmetry existing in the course of descriptive cataloging of library＇s information resources, and explores the reasons and influences of the phenomenon of information asymmetry, and puts forward some concrete countermeasures for restraining the phenomenon of information asymmetry in cataloging of information resources, and reducing its negative influences and increasing the level of library＇s information resources cataloging and information service.
