山西省高校大学生闲暇体育现状研究

摘　　要：采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、数理统计法对山西省6所高校大学生闲暇体育行为进行了研究,指出大学生参加体育的动机由锻炼身体、磨炼意志等层面向娱乐性等方面转化,男、女大学生选择的体育项目、群体规模有所差异,体育锻炼场所均以校内露天场地为主。Adopting the documentary information, questionnaire and the mathematical statisitics, this paper makes research on the leisure sports of the students of six universities in Shanxi Province, and points out that the motivation of university students to take part in the sports has transformed from hardening the body and strengthening the mind into the entertainment, and the sporting events and group sizes selected by the male students and female students are different, and the main physical exercise place is the open location within the school.
