摘  要:棉花种子的休眠受到遗传和环境因素的影响,利用5个不同类型的品种在鲁西南和鲁西北两个不同生态棉区试验,并根据棉花生长进程分期收获种子,进行室内发芽试验,根据种子发芽和新鲜不发芽种子比率研究棉花种子休眠特点。结果表明:多雨高湿条件下生产的种子休眠程度深;Bt抗虫棉比非抗虫棉种子休眠程度深;9月10日前和10月10日后收获的种子比此期间收获的种子休眠程度深;晚发型抗虫棉比常规抗虫棉种子休眠程度深;抗虫杂交棉和常规抗虫棉种子的休眠程度相当。The dormancy of cotton seeds is influenced by heredity and environment. Five different types of cotton varieties were planted in two different zoology areas where the southwest and the northwest of Shandong were. To harvest cotton seeds in different growth periods and to make the planting experiment in the forcing house. To research the dormancy character of cotton seeds by the rate of seeds germination and fresh unfermented seeds. The results showed that, the degree of seeds dormancy was deep in the rainy and high humidity condition; the degree of Bt cotton seeds dormancy was deeper than non-Bt cotton seeds; the degree of seeds dormancy that harvested before Sep 10 and after Oct 10 was deeper than what was harvested during the period; the degree of seeds dormancy of late-germination insect-resistant cotton was deeper than conventional insect-resistant cotton; the degree of insect-resistant hybrid cotton seeds was similar as the conventional insect-resistant cotton seeds.
