摘  要:以2个木槿(Hibiscus syriacus)品种花粉为材料,用TTC法和离体萌发法对木槿花粉活力进行了检测。结果表明:木槿花粉活力检测不适合用TTC法;以木槿花粉为外植体,采用蔗糖悬浮溶液为培养基,确定适合木槿花粉萌发的条件为15%蔗糖溶液+15mg/L硼酸在30℃恒温培养箱中培育0.5h即开始开始萌发。The pollens of 2 cultivators from Hibiscus syriacus were studied. The pollen viability were tested by means of TTC and germination in vitro. The results showed that only when in vitro medium, the pollen germination rate could be improved and represent the pollen viability. The pollen was used as explant and the sucrose solution as medium. The germination of the pollen medium of Hibiscus syriacus was observed, The pollen began germinating with 15% sucrose concentration and 15mg/L boric acid under 30℃ after 30 minetes.
