摘　　要：从原文传递工作的实际出发,从如何做好用户宣传、用户培训及补贴政策3个方面进行了探讨,阐明了原文传递工作已成为信息服务的有效手段,必将在图书馆的服务整合中得到广泛地发展与普及。Based on the reality of the document delivery, this paper probes into the document delivery from three aspects of the user＇s propaganda, user＇s education and subsidy policy, expounds that the document delivery, which has become an effective means for the information service, will get extensive development and popularization certainly in the integration of library＇ s service.
